My Objectives:
Revise and revamp outdated content in PowerPoint slides to create a more interactive Articulate Storyline eLearning lesson
Include varied page elements, interactive learning exercises, a summary, self-check questions, and a glossary
Organize content more appropriately, make more effective transitions, provide preliminary visuals, add interactive elements, and fill in content gaps
Learner Objectives:
Explain the purpose and benefits of analyzing a patient flow as well as the stakeholders' role and touchpoints in an account
Identify how a patient journey's gaps can be added to an account's value proposition
Recognize key ways an account can maximize the opportunities of the patient journey and create value
