Note: This module was one of 15 modules in the good laboratory practice (GLP) curriculum. I wrote 100% of these modules for on-demand or off-the-shelf learning solution products for Red Nucleus Training Institute (RNTI) 

Learners: Life science companies interested in providing demand training to their team on what to expect during a laboratory inspection or audit

My Objectives:  

• Work with a subject matter expert to provide a self-paced eLearning module to describe the roles and responsibilities of personnel during a GLP inspection with an additional focus on the quality control unit (QAU)

• Include varied page elements, interactive learning exercises, a summary, self-check questions, and a glossary

• Fully cite and source best practices and global health authority regulations and guidance

Learner Objectives:  

• Recall the role of the QAU and the different types of investigative compliance activities it performs

• Recognize the types of internal audits and inspections

• State the purpose of various types of regulatory inspections and the Bioresearch Monitoring (BIMO) program
