Amanda Wollert, Former Senior Learning Strategist at RN
"Margie is a very hard-working, dedicated instructional designer. She carefully analyzes the need, asks questions to better understand the desired outcome, and makes sound suggestions for developing the content. I appreciate how Margie was willing to switch priorities and offer her ideas to address business needs."
After being let go due to company downsizing, Amanda also shared, I "appreciate all your hard work and dedication for building the on-demand content. You updated an entire GXP curriculum, which is the best available! That's a nice accomplishment you should be proud of. Thank you for all that you did!"
Bill Beyer, Former Director of Training at RN
"Margie was a tremendous asset to our GxP module development efforts with RN. She was able to quickly pick up complex subject matter and design content - with context - that is clear, engaging, and immediately actionable for the end user. Margie also possesses an ability to find subtle ways to improve training design, using metaphors in content writing and diverse mechanical tools to improve interaction. Truly a rare blend of skills for an Instructional Designer. Margie works hard and gets projects done on time, too. I recommend her without reservation."
Stephen Sciochetti, VP of Sales and Scientific Services and RNTI at RN
