LHT Learning is a learning and development vendor (recently acquired by Tier 1 Performance) that designs and develops learning solutions to "transform complex information into meaningful action." This small company primarily "helps life sciences companies build an innovative and inspiring culture of compliance." However, LHT also works with tech, oil and gas, and other industries.

My Role: As an instructional designer, I collaborate with clients and their subject matter experts to address business challenges. I work with our internal LHT team, comprising project managers, graphic designers, editors, and developers, to create custom eLearning solutions and other learning experiences that meet the clients' needs and expectations.

Red Nucleus (RN) offers training solutions across the entire life sciences product life cycle. As an instructional designer at Red Nucleus, I collaborated with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and editors to develop on-demand/off-the-shelf instructional content for the Red Nucleus Training Institute (RNTI). During my tenure with RN, I wrote the majority (~80) of the GXP content for good laboratory practices, manufacturing practices, and clinical practices. I also wrote content for essential business skills, which included an overview of key account management in healthcare.
