• My Role:

  • Designed and rapidly developed 6 cloud-computing courses in Articulate Rise to reach 1000+ technical sales/systems engineers and channel partners, and narrowed the knowledge gaps for more effective sales.

  • Partnered with SMEs and used a closed system AI to curate highly technical outlines and chunk/organize the content to lessen cognitive load.

  • Incorporated graphics, brand icons, Articulate Rise interactivity, YouTube videos, and knowledge checks to increase knowledge retention and to serve as an organized resource of information.

  • Used AI to create scenario-based assessments for learners to apply their knowledge to real-life situations.

• Results: The SMEs from Nutanix were thrilled! The latest Rise eLearning was presented to technical sales and channel partners with great success! "PRISM went over like cherry-topped Gold, and it inspired a heck of a lot more projects for my department! That was phenomenal!!!"

• My Role:

  • Used a closed system AI to design the framework of a video storyboard/script with illustration ideas, and built upon this to create a high-level awareness training on global regulatory trade compliance in the life sciences industry.

  • Partnered with the company's subject matter experts and project manager to develop an illustrated video in an Articulate Storyline wrapper and assessment that met client expectations.

• My role:

  • Designed 3 30-minute storyboards for eLearning development in Lectora or Articulate Storyline for onboarding new employees according to role, providing performance support, and for updating outdated material/protocols.

  • This microorganism curriculum included an introduction to microorganisms, hygienic design, and microbial contamination control.

  • Applied activities, videos, knowledge checks, scenario-based questions, and summative assessments into these courses.

One particular project stands out in my mind when I think of Margie: A series of 15+ vILTs that Margie worked on. Over the course of the project, we had at least 6 different Instructional Designers do work. However, once Margie was put on the project, I made sure that she stayed on! She quickly took the initiative to run the project from the Instructional Design side.

Margie completed deliverables on time and routed them to the next person in the process. Her colleagues - including myself - enjoyed working with her, and she had a great relationship with the client. The project wasn't easy, and she crushed it!"
